Resetting a Customer's Password


To reset a customers password, you need to search and edit the customer record under Customers.

On the editing details page, click the Reset Password link. 

The following window will appear and you can reset the password here.  

After making the changes click the Save button in the top-right corner. 

Note:: If you do not see any pop-up windows then please check the pop-up blocker and security settings for your browser. Also check any third party security software packages (like firewalls, internet security filters, etc.) that you may be using.
