How To View a Mailing List


Mailing list records are treated as customer records. Therefore the Mailing list can be viewed via the Customer Search area of the Admin Console.

To view just the customers that belong to a certain list go to Customers.

On the Search page click the “Search Options” link.

Find the Option called “Mailing List”. Here, select your mailing list and click Search. You also have the ability to filter with all of the other customer search options.

Finally, click Export Grid in the top menu bar to export the list of customers matching your mailing list and filtering options.

You can also select to change the Active Layout to include the people listed in the mailing list.

Select Active Layout > Edit Current Layout

You can now select "Mailing List" and hit apply.


You will now see who is in what mailing list on the Customer View report.
