How Can a Customer Designate an Order as a Gift?

Enabling the gifting feature of Spark Pay online stores can be very beneficial for your customers. This will allow them to designate an order as a gift for someone else as well as supply a gift message. You can this process the order to your liking (gift wrapping, attached message, etc).

  • From the Admin Console, Navigate to Themes > Global Theme Settings.

  • On the Global Theme Settings page is an option labeled Allow Gifting. Check this box.

  • When 'Allow Gifting' is enabled, the gifting option 'Is a Gift' is displayed on the Checkout Page. When a customer checks 'Is a Gift' on the Checkout Page, a Gift Message input box appears for them to add a gift message.
